SEO - How to?

My friend Tracy is telling me that she discovered that blog is a very good tool for SEO. This is part of the reason I am creating this blog to promote the parent site of this microsite ( www.mrmrschan.com )

Tracy is currently holding to these domains (www.cammle.com , www.annheng.com, www.oriengeberlue.com), and interestingly ever since she started her own blog at cammle.wordpress.com, her site able to move to top 3 spots for certain keywords, such as "
Ann Heng Flowers", "Ann Heng Flower". Guess what, since my wife created a blog article about Ann Heng, our site manage to squeeze into top 3 spots as well for key word "Ann Heng Flower" (without 's')
